Convenient location and practical room
Nice location near the ferry port, convenience store and transport. Good to have a washing machine inside the room and detergent is available at the reception and really cheap. Japanese-style bathroom to dry the clothes. A big fridge with freezer.
The room was small, no place to sit and eat. The staff did not really speak English and the reception was often closed. There was a mold/humidity issue in the elevator.

Inconvenient check-in location
Very clean small room, nice bed, modern, low price. Ok for a night.
The check in location is different from the hotel location, and it was further away from the train- this was very difficult for me to take my heavy bag to one location and then another. If I had known this before booking, I would have chosen elsewhere. If they fix this, then I would give it a higher rating.

Great for a place to crash, but not much else!
For the price per night it was great! We stayed on our last night before heading to the airport. The bed was extremely comfortable :)
We arrived at our hotel and the shower room was still wet (it was on dry-mode at full-blast so it was very hot and uncomfortable when using the bathroom.) We turned it off after the floor was dry, and assumed the cleaners had only just finished before we arrived to check-in. It was alright, I just wasn't expecting it to be in that state. The room definitely looks better in the photos than in real life.
